DRB Facility Services celebrates 30 years

Boston, MA Done Right Building (DRB) Facility Services will celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary this year, marking the occasion by celebrating its successes, with over 50% revenue increase in the past four years, and exponential client growth which speaks to their quality of service and breadth of expertise. The company is also looking to the future with a significant growth strategy involving new clientele and business acquisitions. DRB employs over 725 people locally, and is one of the largest MBE businesses in Mass.

“On our 30th anniversary in 2023, we reflect on the successes of these past few years, which we believe exemplifies our company’s hard work and the partnerships we form with our clients” said Anthony Samuels, president and CEO of DRB Facility Services. “Our mission to provide quality services is supported by our investment in the latest in cleaning technology and our quality assurance platform allows us to continuously provide high level services for our clients.”

Founded in 1993 by Samuels, DRB Facility Services provides comprehensive facilities services including commercial cleaning, landscape management, snow removal, sustainable and green cleaning, and metal and stone restoration and maintenance.

As part of DRB’s growth strategy, the team has acquired Kamrowski Metal Refinishing, a metal and stone refinishing service that restores and maintains property assets. The team of highly skilled technicians has expanded DRB’s service offerings, further ensuring DRB customers receive the highest level of quality and service model consistent throughout the DRB portfolio.

DRB has also added to its clientele, recently welcoming the MCCA Hynes Convention Center to its well-respected roster of businesses served. DRB is performing stone restoration services for the iconic building, with approximately 62,645 s/f completed to date. DRB’s clients include public transportation systems, higher education facilities, government buildings, retail environments, companies, and office buildings across the United States. Clients across this spectrum include firms such as The Davis Companies, Massport, 2Life Communities, Point32Health, and Simon Property Group, to name a few.

DRB has experienced a significant uptick in the higher education service sector - attributed not only to DRB’s long-standing relationships with local universities but also to the return of students to the local campuses and recent openings and expansions.

DRB has also partnered with Eastern Bank, which will be providing financing for working capital, an equipment line of credit, and financing for acquisitions as DRB Facility Services continues to expand.
