Doorley-Lucas of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells 5,000 s/f for $1.1 million

Warwick, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 255 Channel View for $1.1 million. The sellers were represented by Amy Doorley-Lucas, sales associate of Mott & Chace. Edward Pellegrino of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services represented the buyers.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the third highest sale in Warwick this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented clients in four of the top eight sales in the municipality in 2019.

Situated across the street from the Greenwich Bay, this features five bedrooms and three-full and one-half bathrooms, the nearly 5,000 s/f home includes a pergola on a fieldstone patio overlooking a gunite pool and cabana, several large gardens, and a heated three-car garage with a workshop.
