Doorley-Lucas of Mott & Chace Sotheby completes $6 million sale

South Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed the sale of 118 Turner Cove Way for $6 million. The buyers were represented by Amy I. Doorley-Lucas of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Dan Harding and Nicole Harding of Lila Delman Compass represented the sellers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in the town of South Kingstown for 2024. Additionally, it is the fifth highest single family sale statewide year to date.

The epitome of privacy and seclusion, this waterfront estate is sited on over ten acres directly on Point Judith Pond. A winding 1.3-mile long driveway leads to a stunning and spacious home featuring classic coastal design. Numerous oversized windows and French doors allow for ample natural light and views of the coastline and magnificent manicured grounds.
