Doorley-Lucas of Mott & Chace sells 4 Mellissa Circle for $1.15 million

Smithfield, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 4 Mellissa Circle for $1.15 million. The modern colonial was built by Frank Simonelli Homes. The seller was represented by Amy Doorley-Lucas, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Michelle Lefrancois of Lila Delman Compass represented the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the third most expensive home sale in Smithfield this year. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented clients in two of the top three single family sales in Smithfield year to date.

Featuring a double foyer with +20' ceilings, transom windows, moldings, and custom design, the home has four bedrooms and three- and one-half bathrooms. Located on two acres, the resort style compound is complete with an inground pool, hot tub, cabana, and fire pit.
