Doorley-Lucas of Mott & Chace sells 28 Narragansett Bay Ave. - $2.65 million

Warwick, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold the historic waterfront home at 28 Narragansett Bay Ave. for $2.65 million. Amy Doorley-Lucas, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller and facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 28 Narragansett Bay Ave. is the second highest Warwick sale on record. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented five of the six clients in the top three sales in Warwick so far this year.

“Baywynds”, c. 1866, is on 1.78 acres on Narragansett Bay with beach access and a mooring. The home with preserved historic details has undergone a complete architectural renovation. The 6,200 s/f property features six bedrooms, four full-bathrooms and three half-bathrooms.

“This beautiful historic home is set on an elevated lot with all the charm in the world,” said Doorley-Lucas.
