Donovan of Fishman Realty Group leases 2,500 s/f to Masjid At Twaba mosque at Independent Restaurant Supply's 18,000 s/f building
Anthony Donovan of Fishman Realty Group facilitated the lease of 2,500 s/f of flexible-use space at 736 Riverside St.
The 18,000 s/f multi-tenanted complex, owned by the Independent Restaurant Supply Co. of Portsmouth, has high visibility and interstate access.
The lessee, Masjid At Twaba mosque will be using the space for education, prayer and community meetings. The Masjid At Twaba plans to open this month.
