Dolben Co. begins leasing at Berry Farms

North Andover, MA According to The Dolben Co., Inc. (Dolben), Berry Farms has begun leasing. Berry Farms is a 196-unit apartment development located at 4 Berry St. Construction on Berry Farms began in July 2015, and the first apartment homes are now available for occupancy.

The Berry Farms clubhouse was designed to mimic a pre-existing farmhouse on site, and houses a community room with entertainment kitchen, business center, conference room, and a fitness center. Additional community amenities include a swimming pool with BBQ area, fire pit, and walking trails.
