Brokerage services were provided by Michael Brown and Ted Lyon of Cassidy Turley FHO. "I could not have managed this project without the expertise and dedication of the Diversified team," said Gary Arena, Communispace's CFO. "We are so pleased to be able to realize all that we imagined when we decided to relocate from Watertown to Boston." With a focus on capturing the diverse elements of Communispace's culture, the space was designed to reflect the successful, talented and playful environment that is representative of the organization and features open, collaborative workstations, an articulating stair, conference and training rooms and its signature "Fenway Park West," a custom gathering space emulating the beloved home of the Boston Red Sox. "It has been a privilege to work with Communispace once again, helping them to develop an environment that complements the creative energy and talents of the staff," said Bob Keeley, President of Diversified Project Management, "Their sustained growth is a strong testament not only to their successful business platform but also to the strong team culture they have created."
