Diversified Project Management completes relocation of White Mountain Capital

Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM), an owner's representative firm providing programming, project management, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move-planning services, announced today that they have completed the relocation of White Mountains Capital from One Beacon Street to a new office at 265 Franklin St. "As part of our ongoing partnership with OneBeacon Insurance, we are pleased to extend our involvement with them through the White Mountains relocation," said Tony Zulkeski, project executive at Diversified Project Management. "They are a leader in the insurance industry and we are proud to continue to be a part of their team." DPM managed the bidding and selection of the general contractor as well as the coordination of all vendors during various phases of the project which included programming, pre-construction, construction administration and relocation management. "The construction and overall project was on time and within budget. DPM made the move to our new location a smooth transition for the entire staff and we were up and running at the start of business on Monday," said Shirley Lampron, the director of accounting policy for White Mountains Capital.
