Greg Dirmaier of J.L. Davis Realty leased 18,000 s/f of office space to Systems + Software Inc. at 426 Industrial Ave.
Yves Bradely of Pomerleau represented the tenant and Dirmaier represented the lessor, Whitecap Ventures LLC.
