DiPrete Engineering begins construction on 4,600 s/f Seasons Corner Market with The Torrey Co., Ayoub Engineers, Vanasse & Associates and MHF Design Consultants
Salem, NH Seasons Corner Market has teamed up with The Torrey Co., DiPrete Engineering, Ayoub Engineers & Architects, Vanasse & Associates, Inc., and MHF Design Consultants, Inc. to design and construct its newest store. Seasons is a New England-based convenience store with 37 stores throughout N.H., Mass., and R.I.
The new Seasons will be located on the corner of South Broadway and Lawrence Rd. near Salem Village shopping center. The development includes the construction of a 4,600 s/f convenience store and a coffee shop with a drive-thru. The site’s fueling component consists of six gasoline pumps with 12 vehicle fueling positions.
The new 24-hour convenience store will also be outfitted with a Honey Dew Donuts.
DiPrete Engineering provided site engineering, regulatory permitting, stormwater management, and landscape design. Offsite traffic improvements were also made to accommodate the new facility. The team is currently providing construction assistance.
“Collaborating with the Seasons Corner Market team on their first ground-up project in New Hampshire has been exciting and rewarding,” said Sheryl Guglielmo, project manager at DiPrete Engineering. “With nearby access to Interstate 93 and Massachusetts’ Route 213, and the ongoing improvements to South Broadway, this location should prove to be great for travelers and daily commuters.”
Salem’s Seasons Corner Market is expected to be complete by winter 2020.
