Dickson of Stebbins leases 8,320 s/f to Polaris Charter School
Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent for Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has leased the former St. Patrick School at 138 Coolidge Ave. Polaris Charter School will be the new tenant. The total space leased was 8,320 s/f.
Dave Scarpetti of Sierra Realty in Hooksett, represented the tenant. Dickson of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, MC Realty Properties LLC of Windham.
