Dickson and Reed of Stebbins lease 33,000 s/f whse. to Wal-Mart Stores
Thomas Dickson and Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. leased 33,000 s/f of warehouse space at 1 Brookside West Rd. to Wal-Mart Stores East. Wal-Mart took occupancy last month. Stebbins Comm'l. represented the landlord/tenant.
