Hudson, MA Downtown experienced a retail renaissance in recent years with businesses and new development projects. On the industrial front, Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. has led the charge this year with a surge of industrial leasing. 

DeWolfe represents 3 landlords on the eastern side of town in leasing 40,000 s/f to 8 new tenants. All tenants are new to the area market. 

Tenants include Champion Athletix, Garcia Hitting Performance, J.A. Crowdle Corp., and Home Works Energy. Some of the properties where leases were sined include 3 Kane Industrial Dr., 9 Kane Industrial Dr., 13 Brent Dr., 542 Main St. and 577 Main St. 

DeWolfe has leased more space in town than any other commercial real estate broker in New England.
