Development Associates completed 22,700 s/f in leases in western Mass. They included:
* The Learning Center, located at 313 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, Conn. recently renewed its lease of 3,500 s/f, which houses one of its four childcare facilities.
* Hudson Seating and Mobility renewed their lease of 12,200 s/f of industrial space on Griffith Rd. in Chicopee. The company has nine locations throughout the northeast.
* ITT Power Solution renewed its 4,000 s/f lease at 317 Meadow St, Chicopee.
* Tri-Wire Engineering Solutions Inc. is the newest tenant at 317 Meadow St., leasing 3,000 s/f in the 40,000 s/f, 2 building complex. Tri-Wire will be joining Fresenius Medical Care, ITT Power Solutions, A.H. Harris and others.
