Development Associates completes 22,700 s/f in leases in Mass. and Conn.

Development Associates completed 22,700 s/f in leases in western Mass. They included: * The Learning Center, located at 313 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, Conn. recently renewed its lease of 3,500 s/f, which houses one of its four childcare facilities. * Hudson Seating and Mobility renewed their lease of 12,200 s/f of industrial space on Griffith Rd. in Chicopee. The company has nine locations throughout the northeast. * ITT Power Solution renewed its 4,000 s/f lease at 317 Meadow St, Chicopee. * Tri-Wire Engineering Solutions Inc. is the newest tenant at 317 Meadow St., leasing 3,000 s/f in the 40,000 s/f, 2 building complex. Tri-Wire will be joining Fresenius Medical Care, ITT Power Solutions, A.H. Harris and others. Development Associates has been developing commercial and industrial property throughout the pioneer valley for over 30 years. The company has completed numerous major projects throughout the region and manages a 1.5 million s/f portfolio of property from North Haven, Conn to Greenfield, Mass. including office, medical, industrial, automotive, high tech and warehouse/distribution properties.
