DeStefano & Associates, Inc. works on multiple projects in New England

85 Water Street - Exeter, NH

Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has begun and completed multiple projects across New England. The projects include the following:

• McIntosh Commons, Dover, N.H. - DAI has been awarded the construction of 78 apartments with underground parking at 23 Cataract Ave. in Dover, N.H. Anticipated start is August 15. THA Architects is the architect.

• 465 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, N.H. - DAI has started the construction of Salt Life condominiums at Hampton Beach. The project is four floors with two luxury condos per floor, above a parking garage. The architect is THA Architects.

• Hennessy Dental, Wakefield, N.H. - DAI has completed the Fitup for Hennessy Dental on 24 Main St. in Wakefield, N.H. Aharonian & Associates, Inc. was the architect.

•PRH Lab & Cariology, Portsmouth, N.H. - DAI has completed two more projects for Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Projects consisted of lab equipment replacement and a 5,000 s/f renovation for Cardiology. JSA was the architect for both.

85 Water St., Exeter, N.H. - DAI has been awarded the construction of eight apartments in this historic building across from the Gazebo. Construction is expected to begin in August 2024.

• West Incube, Scarborough, ME - DAI has been awarded the construction of a 22,000 s/f building to be subdivided for tenants requiring office and or storage/craft space. Construction is expected to start by August 1.
