Tontine Mall project in Brunswick, ME

Merrimack, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) is providing comprehensive management ofplanning, design, and construction services for nine projects.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) is completing the renovations and upgrades to the clubhouse at DFS Halstead. The renovations include new flooring, wall, ceiling finishes, cabinets/counters, fireplace, new lighting, and security upgrades within an area of 3,500 s/f. The architect is SV Design Architects.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) is the Program and construction manager for the development of Verdant Pastures in Epping, NH. The development will be a unique mixed use of residential, commercial, theater, and banquet facilities. To date, DAI has built a 4-unit apartment and is under construction of 4 additional units. The architect is Lassel Architect. Site engineering by Jones & Beach.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has completed a five-story, 9,680 s/f addition to the Nylon Corp. of America building on Sundial Ave in Manchester, NH. DAI has received a contract to design and build a 3,000 s/f research and development lab. The architect for the lab project is Stephen Fleshman.

Destefano & Associates Inc. (DAI) and Ryan Senatore Architect, LLC have completed the Tontine Mall project in Brunswick, ME. The project consisted of 16 units on top of the existing Tontine Mall along with the commercial fit up of the Butchers and Bakers on the first level.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has completed the Hammond House Project. This project consisted of 16 condominiums with underground parking. Ryan Senatore Architect, LLC was the architect for this project.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has been awarded the contract to build a 110,000 s/f warehouse addition for Stonewall Kitchen in Dover, NH. This last track project will be complete by December 2022. This will bring the total warehouse size to 265,000 s/f. The architect for this project is JSN.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has been awarded the design and construction of Aroma Joes Coffee facilities in Salem, and Hudson, NH. Both projects are underway and due to be opened this month. The Hudson location is a standalone drive thru on Derry St. The Salem location is a pad site on the existing 97 Shoppes Plaza. The Plaza has been renovated by DAI to include new siding, roofing, lighting, cupolas, and a gazebo. The architect for all projects is Tom House Architects.

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) is completing the design and construction of 36 apartments at the former St. Joseph’s School in Haverhill, Mass. Occupancy is dated for last month. Stephen Fleshman Architects, LLC was the architect.
