DeStefano & Associates completes renovation and tenant fit-up projects

Waltham, MA DeStefano & Associates, Inc. completed the interior demolition and renovation of the existing full-service 258-seat Margaritas Restaurant located at Cronin’s Landing, 211 Moody St.  They worked within an aggressive thirty day shutdown to complete and put the restaurant back in service.  They have also been selected as the construction manager for a new 7,000 s/f Margaritas at 10006 Shops Way, Northborough, Mass.  Construction will be complete by this summer.  Whitlock Design Group of Waltham, Mass. is the architect and designer for both projects. 

DeStefano & Associates, Inc. also completed the tenant fit-up of the new 2,800 s/f Orangetheory Fitness facility at the Southgate Plaza, 2454 Lafayette Rd., Portsmouth, N.H.  This facility is owned and managed by Portsmouth native Sherri Ritz.  Orangetheory Fitness is a national franchise that continues to accelerate in growth. 

The physiology behind the Orangetheory Fitness workout involves heart rate monitored training designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. The result is the Orange Effect – more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post workout.
