DeRentis of RPL sells 524 Tillinghast Road for $1.185 million
Properties Ltd.
East Greenwich, RI Residential Properties Ltd. completed the sale of 524 Tillinghast Rd. for $1.185 million. The buyer’s agent was sales associate Jim DeRentis of RPL’s Providence office. 
According to MLS data, this is the third highest single family sale in the town for 2017.
This stone estate contains a library with cherry walls and built-in shelves. Cooks will enjoy Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, built-ins, and two granite countertop islands.
DeRentis was a recipient of the 2016 Circle of Sales Excellence Platinum Plus Award, and has been included on Real Trends’ list of “America’s Top Real Estate Agents.”
