Denton of NAI Hunneman leases 15,000 s/f at One Liberty Lane East
NAI Hunneman brokered a 15,000 s/f new office lease at One Liberty Lane East.
Mobility Services International, which signed a five-year lease, relocated to its new headquarters from Newburyport, Mass.
Chip Denton, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented MSI in the transaction. The property, known as One Liberty Lane Office and Conference Center, is owned by RMMC Liberty Lane LLC. Kim Regan of RMMC Liberty Lane represented the landlord.
