Dennis Mires, P.A. designs 82-unit Stonybrook Apartments - $6.1 million
Dennis Mires, P.A., The Architects, has completed Stonybrook Apartments, a two-building 82-unit, one and two bedroom apartment complex at 56-62 Elm St.
This market rate rental property, built/developed by California Property Management, Inc., features a high performance envelope and a geothermal heating and cooling system.
The project cost was $6.1 million.
