Delphi Construction to begin work on $16 million Seascape at Weymouth

Weymouth, MA Multi market construction management firm, Delphi Construction will soon begin work on Seascape at Weymouth, a 6-story condominium development at Weymouth Neck.

The project, valued at $16 million, is owned by DAI Property Management. Design work was provided by Sheskey Architects of Quincy, MA. The team is rounded out by CHA Companies, Veitas and Veitas Engineers, Wozny/Barbar & Associates, and Ryan Associates.

Corey Heaslip, project executive at Delphi Construction will manage the project for Delphi. “We are very excited to begin this project and to be working closely with Sheskey Architects and the rest of the team to bring this beautiful project to life for our client. We are looking forward to working together to deliver a stunning final product through a process that exceeds expectations,” Heaslip said.

Julio Leitao, the owner’s project manager, described the details of the project. “Seascape at Weymouth will be a single six-story building of 50 luxury condominium residences situated at the southeasterly corner of Weymouth Neck with views of Webb State Park, Hingham Bay and the Boston skyline to the north, the Back River to the east and Hingham Shipyard to the south. Seascape at Weymouth will complete the residential development of Weymouth Neck. The 50 unit residential building will not only enhance the existing condominium community, but also provide additional benefits to the Town of Weymouth through aesthetic architecture, exceptional landscape design, minimal site impact and positive economic growth. Through an extensive design process, DAI Property Management Company, along with its development team, has thoughtfully designed an appropriate residential property worthy of such a magnificent waterfront location.”

Delphi began site improvements in February with scheduled project completion in spring 2019.
