What is your most memorable career experience from the past decade (2000-2009)?
Brady Sullivan Properties has had many memorable moments over the past decade but three really stand out as significant moments in the company's history. The first is the acquisition and complete restoration of the Jefferson Mill complex in Manchester's historic Amoskeag milllyard. This historic mill building built in 1887 today houses 250,000 s/f of Class A office space with multiple and mixed use tenancies including law firms Wiggin & Nourie and Bernstein Shur, CCA Global, Franklin Pierce College and many more.
Two other landmark acquisitions:
* 1750 Elm, former home of the New Hampshire Insurance company is a 212,000 s/f Class A office building built in 1972.
* 1000 Elm St. is a 20 story office tower that comprises 255,000 sf in the main tower and 72,000 sf in the enclosed retail mall.
