Marlborough, MA Dartmouth Property Management has won two property management contracts, expanding Dartmouth’s portfolio into the MetroWest region.

“We’re thrilled to bring Dartmouth’s services to MetroWest,” said principal of property management Bob Macnamara. “We are committed to providing hands-on, entreprenerial property management with the institutional-quality reporting we’re known for and that our clients expect.”

Dartmouth will also introduce “The Club,” a gathering space that offers Knowledge Park tenants a functional place to work, relax and escape while sharing a coffee or drink with co-workers just steps from their office.

Current Knowledge Park tenants include Lockheed Martin, Kubotek USA, the Boy Scouts, Family Orthodontics, and Wyebot.
