Dartmouth Property Management begins Q2 with two new retail management contracts

Holyoke, MA Dartmouth Property Management (DPM) has been awarded two more property management assignments heading into the second quarter of 2022. The properties include Holyoke Landing and 690 American Legion Hwy. in Roslindale.

Holyoke Landing is part of a 27,000 s/f, ground-up development site located at the entrance of the Holyoke Mall. Starbucks and Select Comfort have already opened their doors to new customers while Popeyes plans to begin construction in Q2.

Chad Boulay, senior vice president for DPM said, “Working alongside owners to open and manage a new development certainly has its challenges, but this is a fantastic property in an A+ location.”

690 American Legion Hwy. is a 34,000 s/f shopping center containing a mix of local and national retail tenants including Metro PCS, Dunkin’ and Popeyes.

Previously managed directly by the property owners, Boulay is excited to bring DPM’s best management practices to this site. “Whenever an owner decides to outsource the property management to a firm like ours, they are putting a lot of trust behind us to perform at our best and deliver results…and we really appreciate their trust.”
