DApices of The Mega Group finalize $452,500 sale of 2,550 s/f office condo at 100 Conifer Hill Dr.

Conifer Hill Executive Park, 100 Conifer Hill Drive - Danvers, MA

Danvers, MA The Mega Group finalized the sale of 100 Conifer Hill Dr., a 2,550 s/f office condominium situated in Conifer Hill Executive Park. The sale of the real estate occurred on January 27, for $452,500 or $177.45 per s/f.

Brian DApice of the Mega Group represented the buyers, Hoss Ventures LLC and Jennifer DApice of the same firm represented the sellers, Up Maine LLC in the transaction with a marketing period of less than 30-days. The buyer will relocate their development firm from Lynnfield to this new location.

Jennifer DApice said that the subject property was owned & operated by Stelman Law who was merging with Standard Title & Escrow. Stelman Law, for the past 25-years, was a full-service Massachusetts-based law practice that specialized in commercial & residential real estate that closed on average about 600 real estate transactions annually. Attorney Jeff Stelman brings his talents to Standard Title & Escrow, a firm that provides representation to buyers and sellers of real estate, as well as banks and mortgage companies.
