Diagnosys, Inc. has executed a new 12,570 s/f lease to relocate to 5 Lan Dr., located in Primrose Park. A long-standing tenant in the area, Diagnosys will relocate from 238 Littleton Rd. The move represents a 5,770 s/f expansion.
Colliers International's north suburban team of Matthew Daniels, Brian Tisbert and Chris Lawrence represented Diagnosys. Robert LeClair and David Connolly of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Ryan Development.
