Dalinka joins Avison Young as an associate

Norwalk, CT According to Sean Cahill, Avison Young principal and managing director of the firm’s Fairfield/Westchester office, Lisa Dalinka has joined the firm as an associate, specializing in landlord and tenant representation within the office and retail sector.

 Dalinka joins the Avison Young Fairfield/Westchester team from John D. Hastings Commercial Real Estate, and brings 10 years of experience as a consultant where she perfected her client-centered approach.

She spent her early career working in investment banking in equity sales, risk arbitrage trading, and mortgage backed securities sales. She then went on to help build a successful business as an executive recruiter for derivatives sales and trading.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Lisa to our growing team in Fairfield and Westchester counties,” said Cahill. 

“Her unique expertise will be a valuable addition to Avison Young and our organization will benefit greatly from her experience in tenant and owner representation in the office and retail markets.”

Dalinka has a bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan in Political Science and International Relations. She is an active member of her community in Westport CT and at King School in Stamford, CT.
