Dacon completes 11,500 s/f build-out for International Rectifier
Dacon completed the design and construction of International Rectifier's new regional 11,500 s/f office located at 200 Crossings Blvd. The property is owned by Rhode Island-based developer, Carpionato Properties.
The interior build-out of a prepared shell space included ten hard-wall offices, two conference rooms, one boardroom, lunchroom, open landscaped area and two laboratories located on the first floor of the building.
In 2000, Dacon designed, engineered and constructed this 64,000 s/f speculative, three-story building for Carpionato as part of a two-building project located at the Crown Plaza Center on Rte. 95. Building number one is a 120,000 s/f three-story build-to-suit project for Davol, Inc. who had occupied a Carpionato building in Cranston.
