On behalf of the Gutierrez Co., Cushman & Wakefield has closed two office leases totaling 25,674 s/f at 200 Wheeler Rd. Under the terms of the recent transactions, Gemini Industries, Inc. will occupy 10,728 s/f of new space and Linkage, Inc. will occupy 14,946 s/f.
