Cushman & Wakefield managed building wins Middle Atlantic TOBY

Needham, MA According to Cushman & Wakefield, 160 Gould St., a 135,699 s/f boutique office building, has received the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Regional Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award. This regional win in the 100,000 – 249,999 s/f category qualifies the building to compete for international recognition at the Building and Office Managers Association (BOMA) International Conference. Cushman & Wakefield has managed the property, owned by James Campbell, since 2015.

160 Gould St. offers tenants an opportunity to work among boutique retail shops and a wide variety of restaurants. With access to the MBTA Commuter Rail and major bus routes, the town is easily accessible and an attractive location for companies.

160 Gould St. was also awarded the 2019 BOMA Boston TOBY award for the 100,000 – 249,999 sf category, and the 2019 BOMA 360 designation.
