Cushman & Wakefield’s Alan Schmerzler and Kathleen Fazio represented the landlord, Westport Main Street Retail, LLC, in the transaction.

“We are thrilled to finish up the leasing campaign for 44 Main St. with the addition of Sushi Jin,” said Schmerzler. “This transaction is great for the building, for Main St. in general and, more importantly, it adds to the vibrant and diverse food and beverage environment in downtown Westport.”

The space to be occupied by Sushi Jin is situated next to Oka and has an all-glass entry storefront facing Elm St. with access to municipal parking.

Situated adjacent to the Elm St. portion of the Bedford Sq. residential and retail complex, 44 Main St. is surrounded by national retailers, including Anthropologie, Tiffany & Co., Lululemon Athletica, Sundance, Faherty, Chanel Beauty, Rhone, Athleta, Brooks Brothers, Madewell and more.
