Curtis joins Crafts Appraisal Associates

Bob Curtis has joined Crafts Appraisal Associates' team of real estate valuation experts. Curtis, a New Hampshire certified appraiser, has an expansive background in appraising all types of commercial real estate. Crafts Appraisal welcomes his significant experience appraising marinas and industrial properties. Crafts Appraisal Associates was founded in 1978 and is one of Northern New England's oldest and longest-running diversified real estate appraisal firms. The company's commercial and residential divisions conduct business with national, regional and local companies. John Crafts is the president of Crafts Appraisal. He is past chairman of the state Real Estate Appraisal Board, as well as past president of the Greater Manchester Board of Realtors. He has had numerous research articles published, and his work has earned him the Editorial Award from the Appraisal Journal.
