Cullion of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells out Custom House Street Condominiums

Providence, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sellout of the 32 Custom House St. Condominiums.

The seller was represented by Joshua Cullion of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty in the sale of all eleven units comprising 32 Custom House Condominiums, a boutique style condominium building in the revitalized Custom House Historic District.

“This is a fantastic location for luxury living in ‘Downcity’ Providence,” said Cullion. “The architectural elements and period details make this a truly exceptional option for urban living.”

“When we at Ash NYC were discussing the condominium conversion at 32 Custom House, without hesitation I mentioned that Josh was the right person for the broker role,” said Jonathan Lacado, director of asset management for the seller, Ash NYC. “With Josh’s steady hand, patience, and determination we were able to divest the asset with sales figures well over our original projections. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Josh and the Mott & Chace team!”
