Williston, VT Nedde Real Estate has completed the following leases totaling 29,625 s/f:
• Nedde Real Estate leased 5,200 s/f truck terminal to A. Duie Pyle, Inc. at 513 Avenue D, Williston, from landlord Bob Miller, REM Development. Fernando Cresta of Nedde Real Estate assisted the tenant.
• Nedde Real Estate leased 22,500 s/f of freezer/warehouse space to Knight Enterprises at 784 Hercules Dr. in Colchester from landlord Nedde/Essex, LLC and 784 Realty, LLC. Cresta assisted the landlord and Tony Blake of V/T Commercial assisted the tenant.
• Nedde Real Estate leased 1,925 s/f of warehouse space to Pro Imaging Services, Inc. at 1981 Williston Rd., South Burlington. Cresta assisted the landlord and Jed Douseviz assisted the tenant.
