CresaPartners represents Altus Pharmaceuticals in 168,000 s/f lease at Hobbs Brook Office Park

Ed Fothergill, a principal at CresaPartners in Boston, recently represented Altus Pharmaceuticals Inc. which is relocating from four separate locations in East Cambridge and consolidating its corporate operations in Hobbs Brook Office Park. Altus is leasing a total of 168,000 s/f - 83,000 s/f of office space at 333 Wyman St. and 85,000 s/f of lab space at 610 Lincoln St. - two buildings that are separated by a shared parking lot. The landlord, Hobbs Brook Management, was represented in-house by Chip Batchelder. Altus signed a 10-year lease and plans to begin building renovations prior to moving in the spring.
