Cregan of Paramount Props. sells 5,639 s/f office condo - $560,000
Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group has sold unit #4 at 42 Valley Rd. to Westbrook Office Center LLC for $560,000.
42 Valley Rd. is a two floor 29,662 s/f office and retail building located on Valley Rd. The building was built in 1988 and is 100% occupied.
The unit purchase was an investment transaction as the 5,639 s/f 2nd floor condominium is occupied under a lease from a Newport Naval Base defense contractor.
