Cregan of Paramount Props. sells 30 acres
John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group has sold 30 acres on East Main Rd. to the Aquidneck Land Trust and the Town of Middletown for $2 million.
Cregan represented the seller, Boulevard Nurseries and procured the buyers.
