Cregan of Paramount Props. leases 45,080 s/f office to CVS Pharmacy
John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group represented Howland Associates, LLC in leasing 45,080 s/f of office space to CVS Pharmacy, Inc. at 25 Blackstone Valley Place.
The 80,000 s/f building is now 98% leased.
