Cregan of Paramount Properties sells 13,278 s/f office building at 85 Douglas Pike for $490,000; sold by Carpenter Properties LLC to MDR Realty, LLC
John Cregan of Paramount Properties has sold the 13,278 s/f two-story office building on a .92 acre parcel at 85 Douglas Pike to MDR Realty, LLC for $490,000.
Cregan represented the seller, Carpenter Properties LLC and procured the buyer.
