Cregan of Paramount Properties leases 12,000 s/f office suite
John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased a 12,000 s/f office suite at 144 Metro Center Blvd. to Salve Regina University.
Cregan represented the landlord, Link Commercial Properties LLC and procured the tenant on this long-term lease.
