Cregan of Paramount Properties Group leases 3,600 s/f to Med Tech Ambulance

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group has leased 3,600 s/f of new flex space at 70 Founders Dr. to Med Tech Ambulance Service for 70 Founders Drive LLC. Cregan previously had sold 70 Founders Drive LLC the 1.5 acre parcel at 70 Founders Dr. in 2008 and they constructed a two unit 7,200 s/f flex building. The new building is occupied by 70 Founders Drive LLC and their site construction business and now Med Tech Ambulance Service who is relocating from another building in Woonsocket. Med Tech selected the new 3,600 s/f flex space as it contained a loading dock and a drive in door along with 500 s/f of office space. The new building is located in the lower Highland Industrial Park and in close proximity to Rtes. 99, 146 and 295.
