Cregan of Paramount Properties Group leases 12,500 s/f office to IRF

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties, Group, Inc. has leased 12,500 s/f of office space at 200 Crossings Blvd. to International Rectifier Corp. (IRF). IRF is a publically traded corporation based in El Segundo, CA. IRF is relocating from North Kingstown, to the new Carpionato Properties' owned 200 Crossings Blvd., a 60,000 s/f office building. IRF signed a long term lease of specially designed first floor office space and will join MetLife and EMC Insurance as tenants. Cregan worked with the El Sugundo office of Jones Lang LaSalle in securing and finalizing the lease with Carpionato Props. Carpionato Props. a 50 year old firm headquartered in Johnston, owns and manages a portfolio that includes 1.5 million s/f of retail space, 1 million s/f of office space, two award-winning hotels, a 48,000 s/f conference center, 500 conventional apartments, and more than 2000 units of retirement housing.
