Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group have leased 6,350 s/f of office and warehouse space at 380 Jefferson Blvd., Unit G, to Winning Costumes LLC. Cregan and Crecelius located the space for Winning Costumes LLC and represented the landlord, Link Commercial Properties. The space worked well for Winning Costumes because it offered them office space with a retail potential and the warehouse space for their product. Link Commercial Properties LLC owns 380 Jefferson Blvd., which is a single level 78,000 s/f flex building with multiple tenants.
