Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group lease 30,000 s/f
John Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group have leased 30,000 s/f of warehouse space at 99 James P. Murphy Highway, for building owner Arpin Associates.
99 James P. Murphy Hwy. was constructed in 1981 and is a steel framed 232' by 262' multi-tenanted warehouse building with nine loading docks and one overhead ground level door. The building is located on 10.68 acres and has 15' to 26' clear ceiling heights.
The building was leased to Indianapolis, Indiana based DAO Chemical as a warehouse and center. George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented DAO Chemical in this transaction.
