Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group complete 2 leases - 23,040 s/f

Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group have leased the free-standing 17,920 s/f warehouse building at 85 Commercial Way for building owner Ben Viti. 85 Commercial Way was constructed in 1986 and is a steel frame 80' by 224" warehouse building with three loading docks and one over head ground level door. The building is located on 1.91 acres and has 17' to 22' clear ceiling heights. The building was leased to D3 Logic as a warehouse and fulfillment center. D3 Logic was represented by Michael Giuttari of MG Commercial Real Estate. Cregan and Crecelius also leased 5,120 s/f of warehouse and production space at 333 Washington Highway in Smithfield, to Ansell Healthcare LLC. Cregan and Crecelius represented the building owner, Lincoln Environmental Properties, and procured the lessee, Ansell Healthcare LLC. Ansell Healthcare will relocate from a facility in Mansfield, Mass. Ansell is an Australian owned company with its North American headquarters based in New Jersey. 333 Washington Highway is multi-tenanted 17,124 s/f steel frame and masonry constructed building located just off Rtes. 116, 146 and 295. The leasing to Ansell Healthcare brings the building to 100% occupancy.
