Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount complete two sales totaling $440,000

Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. have sold the 50,000 s/f industrial building at 125 Esten St. Cregan and Crecelius represented the seller, Architectural Store Fixtures and procured the buyer, Kitchen and Countertop Center of New England in the $300,000 sale. 125 Esten St. is a two level building located on 2.66 acres overlooking Rte. 95. Cregan and Crecelius also sold 5.1 acres of industrial zoned land at "0" Commercial Way in East Providence, for $140,000. The property is located just off Waterman Ave. Cregan represented the property owner, Benjamin Viti, and Crecelius represented the buyer, 11 Commercial Way, LLC.
