Cregan and Crecelius of Paramount complete leases totaling 40,816 s/f

Daniel Cregan and Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties have leased 19,000 s/f of industrial space at 3350 Pawtucket Ave., East Providence. Cregan represented the landlord, Duck Hook, LLC and Crecelius procured the tenant, The Audette Group, LLC in this long-term lease transaction. 3350 Pawtucket Ave. is a 38,100 s/f industrial building constructed in 1960. The Audette Group will use this facility for the fabrication of structural steel members primarily in building construction. In another transaction, Cregan of Paramount Properties has sold the former St. Mary's School facility in Pawtucket, to ID Holding, LLC. This three-story, 21,816 s/f brick building sits on 1.23 acres. The selling price was $415,000. Cregan represented the seller, The Church of the Immaculate Conception of Pawtucket and procured the buyer.
