Crecelius of Paramount Properties leases 6,000 s/f at 60 Amflex Drive

Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties has leased 6,000 s/f of warehouse and office space to Club Assist US, LLC at 60 Amflex Dr. Crecelius represented the tenant and negotiated with the landlord, 295 Industrial Park, LLC to finalize the lease transaction. Club Assist US, LLC is the exclusive provider of automotive batteries to AAA and will use this facility as their primary warehouse and distribution center for the Southern New England region. 60 Amflex Dr. is a 12,000 s/f warehouse building built in 2010 and is located in the Comstock Parkway.
