Craig Welch Group sells 5.16 site to Harvest Dev.; Shanley Realtors represents seller, Walsh Bros.

Craig Welch Group LLC. has brokered a 5.16 acre sale for Harvest Development LLC of Washington for $1 million. Joe Shanley of Shanley Realtors of Portsmouth represented the sellers, Walsh Bros. Inc. in the sale. The buyer is a developer of senior housing. Harvest Development along with Colson & Colson General Contractor, Inc. have developed over 300 projects for Holiday Retirement in North America, Harvest's Kittery project will consist of 123 congregate suites and is schedule to start construction immediately. This is their third development in Maine and second in the Seacoast region. Holiday Retirement is currently operating faicilities in Portland and Bangor. In Dover, NH Holiday Retirement will open a 115 suite congregate care facility in late 2007. Pending approvals, Harvest will begin construction on developments in Derry and Bedford, NH this year.
